What is the cost of ordering a transcript?
- Electronic transcript – $5.00
- Paper transcript mailed via USPS – $5.00
- Paper transcript mailed via FedEx (domestic) – $35.00
- Paper transcript mailed via FedEx (international) – $60.00
- Transcripts of students who attended prior to 1991 may not be available for rush delivery.
What is the processing time of transcript orders?
- Transcripts are normally processed within two to five business days from receipt of the request.
- Transcript order status(es) can be tracked through Parchment.

Can I attach a document that needs to be sent with my transcript?
Yes! You can upload an attachment to be sent with the transcript directly in the transcript order request form.
How do I access my unofficial transcript?
Current students can view their unofficial transcript on their Banner Self-Service account.
- To view your unofficial transcript:
- Log in to your Banner Self-Service account.
- Click on “Student Profile.”
- Click on “Academic Transcript.”
- Transcript Level= Undergraduate
- Transcript Type= Web Transcript
- To print your unofficial transcript (works best in Google Chrome):
- Follow the steps above.
- Click to print page.
- Click three dots/lines in upper right hand corner of browser menu bar, then click “Print.”
- Right click anywhere on the page, then click “Print.”
- Update Printer Designation to “Save as PDF.”
- Click “Save.”
- You can then print your downloaded PDF unofficial transcript.
